Embark on a unique journey of personal transformation and spiritual connection in the majestic setting of the Sacred Portal of Montserrat. Our Experience combines the profound teachings and tools of human development, breathwork, eco somatic movement and sacred ancestral wisdom of this mystical location.
During the 4-day Experience Retreat, we will immerse ourselves in daily breathwork/meditation practices, in an atmosphere of serenity and connection with nature, combined with Cacao Ceremony rituals - a sensory experience that opens the heart and promotes deep introspection.
We will explore the surroundings of Montserrat, immersed in enriching activities that connect us with the unique energy of this sacred place through meditations and activations, as well as classes and teachings on the local energy that will provide us with a deep understanding of ancestral wisdom and expanding consciousness for our current moment.

WHAT IS A SACRED PORTAL?
The Sacred Portals are high frequency sites that preserve ancestral information and work actively in receiving and sending energy on the Planet (our crystalline grid). They are like our Chakras, which have specific functions, but together they amplify the Earth's auric field.
When we visit portals such as Machu Picchu (Peru), Stonehenge (UK), Mount Shasta (USA), Uluru (Aus), among others we receive all this vibrational field in our DNA and access again, this information in our reality. In this way, a process of self-transformation naturally occurs from the moment there is awareness of where we are, what type of energy and what it will work on us. A portal opens in you and in the whole Universe.

Our Experience combines a deep dive into the Sacred energy teachings of the Montserrat region with the insights of the Aquarian New Age through the "The New Human" methodology channeled by Marcìa Bellö.

Ana Balbuena | Breathwork & Free Diving Instructor, Ecosomatic Facilitator
Ana Balbuena is a ecosomatic facilitator, breathwork instructor, and lifelong explorer of human physicality. With a deep-rooted reverence for the natural world, her work is a living bridge between the intelligence of the body and the rhythms of nature. Passionate about embodiment practices and ecosomatics, Ana invites others to remember themselves as part of the living Earth through breath, movement, and sensory presence.
Her vision fuels her commitment to help others experience vitality, inner freedom, connection and hunger for life. Blending modern science with ancestral wisdom, Ana creates spaces where transformation arises from within and deep connection - both to self and to the land and communities - becomes possible.
Marcìa Bellö | Founder Emana Institute and Sacred Human World
Graduated in Production Engineering (2013), Marcìa Bellö founded Emana Institute in 2015 after undergoing several personal transformations. This marked the beginning of her self-knowledge journey, where she decided to leave her corporate career behind and follow her dream of traveling the world to specialize in Human Development tools, Ancient Wisdom, and Sacred Portals. She trained with renowned teachers and established significant projects at Emana, grounded in Coaching, Meditation, and Healing Therapy.
Marcìa is certified as an International High-Performance Coach by Febracis-Brazil (2015) and has always been passionate about exploring her interests deeply. Since 2011, she has traveled to over 30 countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures and studying with various teachers in the fields of self-awareness and healing. Her journey includes participation in lectures, certifications in human development techniques, and personal consultations. Marcia also is trained in over 15 integrative therapies and techniques, including Positive Neuroplasticity Training (a Methodology designed by Dr. Rick Hanson Ph.D.).
