New to yoga or looking to enhance your knowledge and brush up on the basics? This is a beginner yoga course designed to help you build confidence through a guided foundational course. Discover your potential in a warm, encouraging group environment where you’ll feel supported to grow at your own pace, recharge, and connect with like-minded people also beginning or enhancing their yoga journey.
Join me across 4 weeks as you:
- Learn foundational yoga asana (poses) step-by-step
- Move at your own pace in a relaxed, supportive group
- Recharge your mind & body through relaxation and breathing techniques
- Connect with like-minded people on a similar journey
- Reflect with weekly journaling prompts
- Attend 4 indoor classes in a beautiful location.
- Receive a Bonus outdoor sunrise nature class to close the series followed by a final connection & cacao/coffee

I’m a qualified yoga teacher based in Ōtautahi|Christchurch. I offer supportive classes for all – whether you’re seeking to move and build energy in a dynamic flow or slow down, unwind, and find deep relaxation in a restorative class. I’m deeply is passionate about sharing the practice and foundations of Yoga. I designed this series for beginners or those who would like to brush up on the basics, so that you grow confidence and motivation to continue practicing yoga on your own or in a class setting.
