A 5 week series to promote a deep connection to body breath and mind with Senior Yoga Teacher Shane Turner with 30 years experience practicing and studying Yoga and Eastern Philosophy.

All welcome, all inclusive, all great!

Every Wednesday, 16th October- 13th November 2024.

At The Prana Project we believe the key to human happiness is in being a caretaker of the natural world. When we lose touch with the environment, not only do we make poor decisions in relation to it but we ourselves begin to wither. When we plant trees and grasses, we plant hope, we plant potential, we plant healing, we plant purpose. The Prana Project facilitates this reconnection through yoga, massage, community planting days, online programs and retreats.
