5Rhythms® is a kickass dynamic moving meditation that journeys through a mandala map called the Wave. This 'Fundamentals' workshop is for beginners and experienced dancers. For those curious to discover the Rhythms and those wanting to deepen their practice. Each Rhythm will be given time to enquire, discover, integrate and relate to. We will dance many Waves, experiencing the Rhythms in their respective forms and embodied in the wholeness of the Wave.
This is a dance of deep surrender, a moving prayer, a medicine of furious dancing for these graphic times

Rivka Worth thrives on bringing humans together in ceremonial dance, where freedom, connection and transformation are individually and collectively embodied in the dance. Rivka is a Healer, Visionary and Teacher. She has journeyed the darkness and crafted a path in collaboration with spirit in service of higher truth for humankind. Rivka Worth is a dancer (BA Dance), 5Rhythms® certified teacher, Certified Yoni Mapping and re-patterning practitioner, Somatic Educator, nature therapist, writer, mother & artist. She is currently studying Somatic Movement Educator Practitioner Certification (BMC) and Ivonne Delafor's Futuring Certification. In 2020 Rivka birthed ‘Seed of Sovereignty’ to serve the collective in our rise to wholeness in co-creation with the natural world. Rivka’s work reflects a lifetime career of facilitating dance and movement. She has developed numerous workshops and programs supporting diverse populations to connect with themselves through dance, movement and the natural world.
