Join us for an insightful session with Kim from Fervid Partners. 

Enhance your capacity to speak up confidently when you need to have a difficult conversation at work by understanding the skills and tools you can use to make sure you get to say what you need to say. Kim will take you through some practical and communication strategies to prepare, practice and execute that conversation, including responding to pushback and thinking about the relationship beyond the conversation. Each session will be interactive and involve hands-on activities and real-world case studies.
