Who can come?
Anyone who can twist from their core, get up and down off the floor, and bend at their joints. This level of yoga is geared to any experience level. The impacts however are deep and profound.

Where is it?
Come be held in a cozy renovated church sanctuary with beautiful wooden walls, stained glass windows, and vaulted ceilings.

What is included?
• Guided yoga movement to increase flexibility and release tension
• Simple effective techniques to regulate the nervous system
• Guided yogic breath work
• Yin yoga (holding relaxing yoga poses for a few minutes at a time, supported with pillows)
• Yoga nidra (if you have never experienced this, it's a guided dream-like experience where you lay down and go on a guided journey via breath and relaxation)
• Live transcendental meditational music from professional pianist Jack Rodenburg on a Steinway piano and Yanori, master on the flute
• Optional bodywork/relaxing touch from the yoga instructor (you can choose ahead of time via a questionnaire that you will receive)
