Event description

A full day of Face to Face training including Code of Conduct, Other Laws, Know the Property, Conjunctional Sales and Titles/Ownership.

We provide the course materials as a pdf which you do need to print (REA requirement to have printed materials). We can probvide printed materials (over 270 pages) - please selected the printed material option.

We start at 8am and do the full 8.5 hours in a fun and engaging environment, taking what you have to do and making it something you want to do!

After completing University at Otago, I then gained my license in Real Estate in 1989 with the following accreditation's;

Real Estate sales in residential, rural, commercial, and Property Management.

Over the years, I have enjoyed managing and growing Real Estate businesses at First National, RE/MAX, Ray White, and Lethbridge Real Estate.

As the Principal of First National Lethbridge Real Estate, I am responsible for the growth of the business and the salespeople within the business.

I have also enjoyed coaching and training salespeople for over 20 years and in 2019 started delivering Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training for the Real Estate Authority.

I found from years of attending many different training events, the training that 'stuck' was generally enjoyable, used spaced repitition and in some ways, was 'gameified'.

We know that the training isn't something that all salespeople look forward to doing, but it's something they HAVE to do. We do our best to make it something they WANT to do.
