PREPARING FOR THE SESSION

*You must be 18+ to participate in this event. Please arrive 15-min early to check-in and get comfortable in the space.

Eat light, wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle. *Optional thin pillow

Headphones, blankets, eye masks and yoga mats will be provided.

Class size is strictly limited to 8 participants. Book early to avoid disappointment. Beginners welcome.
