    Event description

Welcome to the May 2024 Hills District Business Network event building better business relationships.

This week's meeting will feature a keynote that exposes the risks of buying property as part of a family or business partnership and how to set up such partnerships. It will also discuss stress self-care strategies for business owners.

Business INSIGHT - Stress and self-care for Business Owners.
Anxiety and depression for business owners are often caused by having to comply with unreasonable standards, relentlessly over-filled schedules and the ceaseless daily demands of business, home and family. It's a seemingly endless ride on the rollercoaster of modern-day living.

The negative energy you generate by constantly rushing to get things done keeps accumulating, you are on perpetual overload and your physical well-being can respond in adverse ways. But there are coping mechanisms. This INSIGHT will explore and help you implement stress management to improve your life and that of those around you.

    OUR MEETINGS

All attendees have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business. Depending on numbers, introductions are between 30-60 seconds - so it would be a good idea to make a note of the key points you want to make!

You get to meet like-minded people, exchange ideas, learn, socialise, collaborate, gain knowledge, form new relationships, get fresh business ideas and tips and, of course, expand your introduction-based business network.

Whether your business is shop, office, industry, home based or in a shared space, you will meet motivated owners and entrepreneurs to share your passion and grow your business with.
