Holding Space for All Our Emotions with Nicole Barakat: join artist Nicole as she creates a space for people who'd like to sit with and express their emotions in a creative and safer space. There will be gentle prompts to encourage noticing and naming your emotions in visual and material ways. All art making materials will be provided in this respectful and private circle with no expectation to share unless you would like to.
