Event description

What are the behaviours and attributes needed to work `well’ in the sector?

This is an opportunity for Mangers and Leaders to inform and have your voice and perspective heard in the development of a key workforce resource for the sector.

With a lens of curiosity and enquiry we will take a deep dive exploring the nature of our work in the sector and unpack the kinds of specialist and core capabilities needed to work ‘well’.

This will be an interactive discussion and aims to build the story of our work in a way that it can inform a practical and useful resource for organisations in attracting, recruiting and managing their people.

“Every conversation is part of the story” and we want to hear as many voices as we can…. there are 2 sessions for managers/leaders and 3 sessions for practitioners scheduled – all the conversations will build on those before so come to one, two or three sessions, depending on your availability and capacity!
