Event description
A dose of dancing is a creative dance workshop for any young person interested in movement and dancing!
DRILL's artistic director, Isabella Stone, will introduce you to contemporary dance practice in technique, improvisation and choreography. You will play games, learn movement from professional dance artists, experience the free space of improvisation and be guided through the process of making your very own choreography.
No previous dance experience is required - we will have options for young people at all stages of their dance journey.
Just bring your imagination, curiosity and desire to move and we'll facilitate the rest!
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a packed lunch, snacks and water bottle.
