Whether you’ve spent the day collecting petition signatures, you’re joining Perth Independent for the very first time, or you simply want to meet some new people who care about independent representation for Perth you are very welcome.

This is part celebration, part social catch up and a chance to connect with the people who make this movement what it is.

Perth Independent is a community-led group working toward independent representation for the federal electorate of Perth.

We believe the people of Perth deserve a representative who listens to the community, acts with integrity and supports practical policy reform that benefits both Perth and the country.

We exist because too many people feel that major political parties are driven by party interests, powerful lobby groups and short-term politics rather than the needs of the communities they represent.
