A Gift from Nature Children’s Workshop @ Winter’s Deep – A Gathering of Heathens 🌿

This joyful, nature-connected workshop invites children to explore their relationship with the land, its unseen friends and their own deep wisdom.

Led by Bec from Hearthfire Grove, this hands-on, heart-led session is a gentle mix of storytelling, intuitive connection and creative play - perfect for curious young ones aged approximately 6 – 13!

What to Expect:

• Learn about fairies, land spirits and our non-human kin - who they are and how we can be good friends to them!🧚‍♀️
  
• Go on a guided nature walk to find your special token from nature🌲
  
• Decorate your token using magical art materials (provided!) - it might become a wand, charm, or stone of power 🎨
  
• Discover ways to give back to nature through kindness, songs, and small acts of love 💚
  
• Share your token’s story and any messages it brings you 🌀
  
• End with a grounding moment to thank the land and close the circle 🧘‍♀️
  

Workshop Flow:

• Welcome Circle – Meet your fellow nature explorers and set our intentions
  
• Forest Talk – Learn how to greet the land and connect with its spirits
  
• Nature Walk – Find the special gift the forest has for you
  
• Art & Magic Time – Decorate your token with natural and magical craft materials
  
• Group Sharing – Talk about your token and what it means to you
  
• Closing & Grounding – Thank the land, the spirits and each other
  

This workshop is designed to inspire a deep love for the Earth, encourage intuition and imagination and remind children that they are never alone - the land is always listening!
