    Tiffany's Maleny presents 'A Hinterland Harvest'.

    Executive Chef, Lee Montague proudly welcomes you to enjoy a Tiffany's experience showcasing the finest produce available on the Sunshine Coast in celebration of the Curated Plate Culinary Festival. Indulge in a 6 course tasting menu carefully created in conjunction with Sunshine & Son's and their collection of local spirits. 

    Enjoy a Signature Sunshine & Son's cocktail on arrival to the Tiffany's grounds followed by a 6 course seated degustation experience with matching beverages. 

    Roam our beautiful grounds between courses and listen to live music provided by a wonderful Sunshine Coast local artist, all while taking in the uninterrupted views of the Glasshouse Mountains.

    Braised Maleny Angus Beef

    Yorkshire Pudding, Smoked Oyster & Horseradish Cream.

    2nd Course

    Smoked Yellowtail Scad

    Pickled Mushrooms, Sunshine & Sons Vodka, Tomato Water

    3rd Course

    Sous-vide Free Range Chicken

    Butternut Squash Velouté, Roasted Baby Onions

    Crispy Chicken skin

    Bacon Jam, Rosemary Mascarpone

    5th Course

    Sunshine & Sons “Mr Barista” Maleny Brisket

    Smoked Potato Cream, Kale, Pickled Beetroot.

    6th Course

    Sunshine & Sons "Pineapple Parfait Gin" Ravioli

    Coconut & Lime Parfait, Passionfruit Jus
