ABOUT MICHAEL SCOTT
Michael Scott CSC is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The 2023 Foundation, a global initiative dedicated to combating antisemitism and fostering peaceful coexistence. Over a distinguished 30-year career in the Australian Army, he rose to the rank of Colonel and served in East Timor, Bougainville, Iraq, and Afghanistan, before a 27-month United Nations posting in Jerusalem from 2019 to 2021. He holds multiple advanced degrees and was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross in 2023. An internationally published author and speaker, he is committed to mobilising thoughtful non-Jewish allies in defence of Israel and the pluralist values that underpin Western civilisation.
