A Morning to Reset, Mental Health Month Community Workshop
Description
A Morning to Reset
Four complimentary places are available with code RESET4. You can book up to two places together and bring a friend. Once those places are claimed, tickets are $50 per person.
If stress has been taking up more space in your day than you’d like, this is a chance to pause and learn a few practical ways to respond to it.
In this small, gently guided workshop, you’ll learn to recognise some of your own stress signals, try simple breathing and rest practices, and choose approaches you can use again in everyday life. We’ll also make time for morning tea and connection.
No experience is needed. You can take part in each practice in the way that feels comfortable for you.
Your morning will include:
Simple, accessible ways to understand your responses to stress
Gentle somatic movement
Guided breathing practices
Meditation and Yoga Nidra
Time for rest and reflection
Morning tea and informal connection
