Self-Love A Revolution
Event description
SELF~LOVE A REVOLUTION
Self~love is to liberate oneself from patterns of repression held in ones own body
________________________________________________________________________________________________
Self~Love is somewhat elusive, we have many preconceived ideas of what love should feel like & what it should look like?
Self~love is not saying nice things trying to convince yourself you are worthy of love. We must look at why we cannot feel love in our body & how we can learn to love ourself free from conditions. Self~love is becoming responsible for our actions rooted in love.
In this sitting we look at how we have been taught not to feel love & we begin with deeply enquiring into the first gate to love is acceptance of our own body & mind.
Self & body are inseparable loving our body is one gateway to loving~self in this sitting we work with our physical body with the medicine of Cacao, somatic therapy (body based therapy not requiring words) journalling & a guided meditation to feel into deeper states of love & acceptance.
