What is Breathwork and Ice Bath??

Well this is there perfect opportunity to come along and dip your toes into the world of breath work and Ice baths

What to expect; No experience necessary

Facilitator led breath work to help tap into you inner ability to overcome any challenges, build resilience, surround yourself with like minded people and help raise much needed funds for the Maca200 cancer charity ride.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE 𝘿𝘼𝙔 :
・ breathwork
・ cold-plunge ice bath.
・ warm up with a complimentary hot drink, infused water and light finger foods.
・ hangout & connect

𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙏𝙊 𝘽𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 :
・towel.
・water - hydration is key
・come dressed in your swimwear.
・own cup for refreshment.
・yoga mat if you have one. (or blanket / towel as will be laying on concrete floor)

also any rug, cushion, jumper to keep you comfortable and warm during the breathwork session.

He offers a safe environment to show you how to tap into the tools within you to support you in becoming present, happier, healthier and stronger.

Team Scaddz (including Jodi, Chris, Shelley, Strawb and Jess) only a small part of the team will be floating offering assistance during the day, Jodi and Chris have opened their house to facilitate this event and help spread the word and knowledge on breath work.

Children are welcome as there is a playground out the front, but ALL children must be supervised at all times. Pls bare in mind there is a swimming pool located on the property that will be out of bounds during event.

Parking available at vacant block corner Wanjeep St & Coodanup Dr. Enter off Wanjeep to park then walk out back of block to Pentland Cr, then only 400m walk to location. Please do not park in street.
