David Booth acknowledges that the land he lives and works on is the land of the Kaurna and Peramangk peoples. He pays his respects to the traditional owners of country as a representative for culture and a holder of Aboriginal knowledge. He is a proud Warumungu (NT) and Yuggera (Qld) man.

Mount Barker Community Centre is situated on the lands of the Peramangk people. We acknowledge and pay respects to the Peramangk people as traditional custodians of this land.
