Have a yarn and join the reconciliation conversation at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney
For National Reconciliation Week the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney is offering all visitors the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the richly diverse history and cultures of First Nations Peoples of Australia.
Join your Indigenous Guides and have a yarn as you learn about the rich cultural knowledge and innovative use of native plants and different weaving techniques to create your own basket using natural fibres.
To support the reconciliation journey this program will be offered by donation.

There is no charge for this event, but we welcome your donation. The Gardens is a Not-For-Profit. Over 50% of our funding is self-generated. By attending this event and making a donation, you are ensuring that the Botanic Gardens remain places of outstanding horticultural beauty, our scientific institute continues to be at the forefront of research, and our education and learning experiences are accessible to all.
