Event description

Have a yarn and join the reconciliation conversation at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney

For National Reconciliation Week the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney is offering all visitors the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the richly diverse history and cultures of First Nations Peoples of Australia.

Join your Indigenous Guides and have a yarn as you learn about the rich cultural knowledge and innovative use of native plants and different weaving techniques to create your own basket using natural fibres.

To support the reconciliation journey this program will be offered by donation.

Help plant the seed of hope in our Gardens – Will you support us?

Our work is vital to addressing some of the most critical environmental challenges facing the world today.
