Ever wanted to try pole dancing but didn’t know where to start? Now’s your chance! Join us for our exclusive beginner-friendly workshop—perfect for anyone ready to take their first step into their pole journey.

What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing that makes you feel sexy – think bike shorts & a crop top, or even lingerie/a bikini if you're feeling bold! The important part is that the back of your knees and elbows are open and free from fabric :)
- A water bottle
- A towel (for sweat + to wipe down your pole)
- Pole heels or socks
- Optional: Knee pads if you have any knee health concerns (PAS execs will be bringing spares, but only in limited sizing)

NOTE: You must be 18 years or older - we will be checking IDs at the door if there are any concerns. Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to settle in - if you arrive after 7 pm, you will not be able to attend the class <3
