What to bring:

Comfortable clothing that makes you feel sexy – think bike shorts & a crop top, or even lingerie/a bikini if you're feeling bold! The important part is that the back of your knees and elbows are open and free from fabric :)
A water bottle
A towel (for sweat + to wipe down your pole)
Pole heels or socks
Optional: Knee pads if you have any knee health concerns (PAS execs will be bringing spares, but only in limited sizing)

NOTE: You must be 18 years or older - we will be checking IDs at the door if there are any concerns. Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to settle in - if you arrive after 7 pm, you will not be able to attend the class <3
