But the next frontier of climate action isn't about overloading ourselves with the pressure to do more. It is about upgrading our inner capacity to execute and sustain the new reality we imagine possible.

Throughout Adelaide Climate Action Week (ACAW), participants will be immersed in heavy climate data, technology, and high-stakes policy discussions, sprinkled with opportunities for nature, social, and cultural experiences. But next-level climate action - for what happens after ACAW - requires next-level human capacity, underpinning the success of everything we’re trying to build.

Logic says we cannot out-work systemic challenges by burning out. We have to make smarter use of the ‘inner’ game that is driving our outer world impact.

This is where the Inner Development Goals can provide you a whole new tool-kit for accelerating the effectivenss of the vital work you are already doing.

The Catalyst Lounge is the official 'IDG' sense-making oasis for anyone deeply committed to climate action. Spanning the entire arc of impact - from grassroots activists and community founders to the corporate and departmental leaders tasked with driving industry transition - our shared commitment is the common denominator.

Here, we step beyond our respective roles and silo's - and into the shared human operating system needed to sustain long-term collaborative action. Drawing on the globally recognised Inner Development Goals (IDG), this 2hr session is designed to build the internal architecture required to execute high-stakes climate strategies without sacrificing personal sustainability.

Wendy Harper is a four-decade veteran in the social, peace, and sustainability action space - specialising in applying integrative thinking to project-based impact delivery.

As a Transformation Leadership Practice-Guide, she works with high-influence leaders to embed the precise internal architecture required to meet, and adaptively respond to, increasingly complex implementation strategies, in real-time.

Moving beyond theoretical frameworks, Wendy implements this approach through capacity-building collaborations that bridge resource capital and talent with founders delivering impact, on the ground, in under-served communities.

Wendy actively embeds the inner capacities, required to move past aspirational goals, and into the disciplined, high-stakes execution needed to build a flourishing future.
