We have the data, the drive, and the ambition. Across departments and industries, the mandate to accelerate the sustainability journey is already locked in.

But the next frontier of climate action isn't about overloading ourselves with the pressure to do more. It is about upgrading our inner capacity to execute and sustain the new reality we imagine possible.

Throughout Adelaide Climate Action Week (ACAW), participants will be immersed in heavy climate data, technology, and high-stakes policy discussions, sprinkled with opportunities for nature, social, and cultural experiences. But next-level climate action - for what happens after ACAW - requires next-level human capacity, underpinning the success of everything we’re trying to build.

Logic says we cannot out-work systemic challenges by burning out. We have to make smarter use of the ‘inner’ game that is driving our outer world impact.

This is where the Inner Development Goals can provide you a whole new tool-kit for accelerating the effectivenss of the vital work you are already doing.

The Catalyst Lounge is the official 'IDG' sense-making oasis for anyone deeply committed to climate action. Spanning the entire arc of impact - from grassroots activists and community founders to the corporate and departmental leaders tasked with driving industry transition - our shared commitment is the common denominator.

Here, we step beyond our respective roles and silo's - and into the shared human operating system needed to sustain long-term collaborative action. Drawing on the globally recognised Inner Development Goals (IDG), this 2hr session is designed to build the internal architecture required to execute high-stakes climate strategies without sacrificing personal sustainability.

Surfing ACAW’s rhythm of 'Connect. Reflect. Commit,' this immersive experience will bypass the noise, cut straight to the chase, and equip you with the real, core practical shorthand needed to rapidly 'get a grip' for cultivating your inner architecture - in real-time with your impact delivery.

What to Expect:

The Practical 'How': Move beyond theory. You will learn about exact shortcuts, shared shorthand, and core practices required to actively develop your inner capacities - in real-time with executing high-stakes strategies and complex sustainability mandates.

Radical Clarity: Step out of the data deluge. This guided space is designed to help you metabolise the week’s complexity, shifting your cognitive load back into a grounded, strategic focus.

Live Activation: Flowing with ACAW’s Connect. Reflect. Commit. rhythm, the session culminates in a guided reflective journey. Here, you are invited to crystallise your actionable next step ("My One Thing") live on the official ACAW app - a tangible moment to bridge your internal architecture with real-world impact.

Wendy actively embeds the inner capacities, required to move past aspirational goals, and into the disciplined, high-stakes execution needed to build a flourishing future. Her joy is all about cultivating the essential 'inner’ social infrastructure for systems transformation, and she is grateful to have the honour of serving in several key stewardship roles:
