Come along to our free, one-hour workshop and hear how you can protect trees on both leased and public land under the new Urban Forest Act. Learn:

what you can do to protect a tree
what actions you can take if you suspect a protected tree is being damaged or impacted upon unlawfully
what can happen if someone wants to damage or impact a protected tree on your property, and
what decisions about protected trees can be reviewed, either internally or by the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT)
