During an Active Birth class, you will gain a deep appreciation for the miraculous design of your body and how it naturally prepares for childbirth. You will also learn practical skills and positions to help you cope with the intensity of labor, including breathing exercises, massage techniques, and hands-on support from your birth partner.

The class is hosted by two passionate professionals who specialize in women's health and childbirth. 

Rhonda is an experienced midwife who runs an independent practice in the Midwest, with a focus on empowering women to make informed choices about their birth experience and providing support through the postnatal period. 

Cath is a skilled massage therapist who specializes in women's health and offers one-on-one birth preparation sessions. She also teaches weekly pregnancy yoga classes, which help women to stay connected to their bodies and manage the physical changes of pregnancy.
