embodied movement, emotional presence, and real inner connection -> with yourself, others, and the space.

AIM - Active Insight Movement is a unique practice that makes every class and workshop a little different because of every single participant. Rooted in presence and connection, it weaves together five elements: awakening awareness through mindful warm-ups, tuning into ourselves, the space, and each other; short core sequence to strengthen our center and build inner confidence; explore emotional release ex., sometimes playfully, sometimes deeply - often connecting with the inner child. Through partner work, we build community, trust, and the courage to be fully seen. Finally, grounding touch invites us to land gently in the body, soothe the nervous system, and integrate what has moved. We'll end with a soothing sound journey <3

We’ll gather in the jungly Awake Water Temple in Banksmeadow - a lush, grounding space with a peaceful zen garden. It’s more than just a venue: the moment you step in, your body can feel it - a sense of community, care, and deep presence in the air.

No experience is needed - only your curiosity and an open heart.

To help you feel fully at home, please bring:

A reusable water bottle - filtered water is available at the temple, and this helps us care for the Earth
Comfortable clothes to move and rest in
An extra warm layer - your body may cool down during massage or stillness
Paper and pen - for reflections, insights, or anything that comes through
Optional: a thin blanket, cushion, or anything else that makes your space feel extra cosy
