Join us on April 22, 2024, at 9:00 AM for a FREE in-person learning session that is highly engaging and fun!
Actors & Factors is unlike any training you have taken. Participate in this interactive game and put yourself in the shoes of different community partners as you work through team challenges. Take on different roles to gain a better empathy and understanding for your local community partners. Strengthen your networking skills, power, influence, mission alignment, and reciprocity in partnerships! Develop the skills you need for sustainability in your program. This workshop is perfect for folks new to organizations, those who want new ideas for sustainability, or those who want to develop confidence in giving their "elevator pitch" to a partner or funder.
