Join One Roof Adelaide Ambassador Sonya Stattmann, leadership and wellness coach, for a restorative coworking and connection day designed to help women founders and leaders work, connect, and set intentions for a calmer, more sustainable 2026.

Expect meaningful conversations, focused coworking, and simple practices to help you regulate, reconnect, and reclaim your energy, all in a supportive & inspiring space.

Flow of Day: 

(Optional) 8:30-9:30 - Online Journaling Session with Ingrid (already scheduled), but together in person

9:30 – 10:00 | Ease In & Coffee Connection

• Welcome circle hosted by Sonya Stattmann

• Brief grounding practice or intention-setting (2–3 minutes)

• Optional goal-setting for the day: “What would feel good to complete or explore today?”

• Informal mingling with coffee

10:00 – 10:15 | Space Tour
Guided tour of Tank Stream Suites with Tyarna

10:15 – 12:15 | Focused Coworking Sprint

• Quiet coworking with an optional background playlist curated by Sonya (calming, focus music)

• Mentoring or Q&A table/room: Optional breakout table for support, feedback, or just connection (facilitated by Sonya)

12:15 – 1:00 | Lunch & Roundtable Conversation

• Shared lunch (BYO or local café order)

• Guided discussion led by Sonya: “Sustainable Success: How can we move into 2026 with more ease and energy?”

1:00 – 2:00 | Afternoon Power Hour

• Return to coworking for a power hour of focus or creative time

2:00 – 2:30 | Networking or coworking

• Continue solo focus and coworking

• Optional: Join Sonya as she facilitates a speed networking mini-session. 

2:30 – 3:00 | Gentle Wrap-Up & 2026 Mini Visioning

• Short reflection practice: “What’s one thing I want to bring forward into 2026?”

• Invite participants to share an insight or intention

• Light closing and One Roof membership reminder
