ADELAIDE: Framework Implementation: From Principles to Practice

As a follow up from the consultations that supported the development of the National Best Practice Framework for Early Childhood Intervention, PRECI is responding to requests for implementation support.
This free workshop is Part 1 of a 3 part face to face opportunity.
17th August - Part 1: free workshop on implementation of the Framework (morning)
17th August - Part 2: free consultation on professional standards (afternoon)
18th August - Part 3: Full day Practice-Based Coaching training (fee payable)
Separate registration is required for all events.
This is the workshop for you if you want to:
Deepen knowledge of the National Best Practice Framework for ECI principles, practices and resources
Consider how the decision-making guide strengthens practice
Understand the enablers/barriers (drivers) to implementation reported in previous consultations.
Understand how the Framework practices can be implemented within daily work
Complete an on-line template designed to evaluate and monitor practices related to the Framework principles (individual/team/organisational levels)
Share successful strategies to improve practices
Develop a plan for continuous improvement
Discuss how PRECI can support targeted individual, team and community-wide implementation in the future
