    Event description

As it gets cooler and becomes red weather, join us in celebrating the beauty of Grenache made from the very best small and boutique South Australian producers all in one place!

Your ticket is your gateway to tasting through some of the very best Grenache that our state has to offer, alongside plenty of other styles and varieties of wines, as well as some locally-made beers, spirits and ciders.

Having claims to its origins in both France and Spain, Grenache is most famously known in Australia as part of a blended trio with Shiraz and Mourvèdre – the so-called GSM blend, but it's now also standing proudly only it's own. As times and tastes have evolved, Grenache has broken out and gone solo with some superb single varietals available to drink, and particularly from South Australia (lucky us!).

    Winery Lineup:

Hither & Yon (McLaren Vale), Gullyview Estate (Clare Valley), Grant Nash Wines (McLaren Vale), Karrawatta (Adelaide Hills), In Praise of Shadows (McLaren Vale), Genista Wines (Barossa Valley), Grounded Cru (McLaren Flat), Murray Street Vineyards (Barossa Valley), Woodstock Wines (Blewitt Springs), Forage Supply Co (Barossa Valley), Z Wine (Barossa Valley), Beresford Estate (McLaren Vale), Saltfleet Wines (McLaren Vale), Bruno & George (Barossa Valley), Wangolina (Limestone Coast), Max & Me Wines (Eden Valley), Chaffey Bros (Barossa Valley), Lienert Vineyards (Barossa Valley), The Hydropath Society (various) & Barossa Wine Cartel (Barossa Valley).

Other local producers providing tastings include Suburban Brew for beers, and Spirito Santo and Laneway Beverage Co for tipples of spirits.

Live music from local performer Lucas Day will also keep you entertained throughout the night (and probably get you on the dance floor), and local food vendors Ozzie Gozleme and Juan's Paella will provide an array of dishes to keep you satisfied in-between tastings.

PLUS - buy 6 or more bottles of any wine (and bottles of spirits, packs of beer/cider/seltzers) and we will deliver them to your for free (within a 10km radius of the Adelaide CBD)
