Admirals Arch Roaming Tour Guide

Immerse yourself like never before in the stunning geological formations of Admirals Arch in Flinders Chase National Park. Have all your curious questions answered as you explore the deep caverns and lookouts alongside a Roaming Tour Guide.

The Interpretation Officer will be available at Admirals Arch from 10am until 2pm every Wednesday for the whole month of February as we celebrate Parks of Kangaroo Island for Park of the Month.

Bring yourself, friends and family. And make sure to take appropriate clothing and protection for the weather. 

LOCATION:

Admirals Arch. Park at the car and bus park at the end of Cape Du Couedic Road and follow the boardwalk down to the arch. Make sure to stop off at the Fur Seal Lookout while you're there!

Make sure to grab a Park Pass on your way into the park.

Bookings are not required for this event, but we do recommend booking so you can be informed if the event has been cancelled. 
This event will be cancelled in the event of declared 'Catastrophic' Fire Danger in the Kangaroo Island Fire Ban District.

ACCESSIBILITY:

There is a pur­pose-built board­walk to get you to the arch. However, it can be steep in places and there are steps at the end to take you down to the arch itself. If you can’t make it down to the arch, the scenery along the accessible region of the boardwalk is still well worth the jour­ney. There are sev­er­al places where seats are pro­vid­ed for rest and to enjoy the stunning views. Even without heading down to the arch, look­outs at the car park and board­walk have spec­tac­u­lar views of Casua­r­i­na islet, seal colonies, Cape du Couedic Light­house, and the dra­mat­ic coastline.
