Advanced Project Management
Are you ready to take the lead and manage successful projects? Join us for a two-day deep dive course designed to help you run large or complex projects. Participants should already be working in Project Management and looking to increase their skills to take a lead project role in the future.
This course will focus on larger and more complex projects, providing greater coverage of the risks, stakeholder engagement and planning for experienced project managers.
To get the most out of this this two-day workshop, you need to bring a project idea along. Together we will identify your stakeholders, set the parameters and develop project and risk management plans, setting up your project for delivery. - Identify the key quality indicators that will make a successful workplace-based project,
- Scope the work-based project including project parameters and project stakeholders,
- Develop a draft project plan and review this,
