FAQs

• What is the program schedule?

  An overview of the pre-conference events and full conference program will be available in the coming weeks. Speakers are currently being finalised and will be announced as they are confirmed.
  

  The high level agenda is as follows:

  • Tuesday, 11 August: Pre-conference meeting/workshops and Welcome drinks

  • Wednesday, 12 August: Full-day program with plenaries breakouts, workshops, and networking. There is an evening networking drinks for attendees only. 

  • Thursday, 13 August: Full-day program with plenaries, breakouts, workshops, and more opportunities for connection.  

• What's included in my ticket?

  Your ticket grants access to the 2-day conference program, including the welcome drinks at Taxi Kitchen on Tuesday 11 August, full day programming including keynotes, breakouts, panels, and networking sessions on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 August. Meals and refreshments during sessions are also provided.

  The pre-conference workshop and post conference field trip will not be included in the ticket price and will be individually ticketed.
  

• Are there accomodation options nearby?

  Melbourne offers a wide range of accommodation options close to the conference venue, from boutique hotels to more budget-friendly choices.
  

  These hotels are located around 10 - 12 minute drive from, the Glasshouse.

• Is the venue accessible?

  11 August, Welcome drinks - Taxi Kitchen

  The Taxi kitchen is wheelchair accessible and has lifts. Read more about this on their website here.

  12 & 13 August, Conference - The Glasshouse

  All spaces at the Glasshouse are wheelchair accessible. Read about the space or take a virtual tour of the venue here.

• Will the sessions be recorded or live-streamed?

  No, the 2026 Conference will not be recorded or live-streamed. Please join us in person for the conference.

• I have dietary requirements, will I be catered for?

  If you outlined dietary requirements when you purchased your ticket, those dietary requirements will be catered for.

  If you did not notify us of dietary requirements or need to add to this, please contact us at least 10 working days before the Conference (before Wednesday 29 July) at: events@aegn.org.au
