Affordable Nutritious Cooking Class
It's a ten-week cooking class that will collaborate with Diabetes SA. The theme is how to create ten low-cost nutritious meals featured by Chinese-style cooking skills. It starts from 11/3 till 27/5. Every session will last for 3 hours including introductions about nutritious ingredients in the cooking materials, and a demonstration of how to cook those materials into a delicious and healthy meal, also at the end of the session, every participant will share a community lunch together.
