Let's Talk: Ageing Well, Living Strong
Event description
Discover how to stay active, strong, and confident as you age — and be part of the launch of Strength for Life in Lyneham.
Staying active as we age is key to maintaining strength, balance, brain health, and independence — but it can come with challenges. In this engaging, science-based session, you’ll discover how different types of exercise support healthy ageing, plus practical ways to make movement part of your life.
We’ll also be launching the Strength for Life program in Lyneham. Strength for Life is a progressive exercise program overseen by COTA ACT, designed specifically to help older adults improve their physical strength, fitness and social connection.
