This retreat has been designed to be a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives.
At Ahimsa Retreat we believe that self-love and gratitude is fundamental to our happiness.

WHEN -

This one day retreat will take place on Saturday
~ 2nd October from 9.30am - 4pm ~

WHAT -

The day will start with a heart opening yoga flow, followed by morning tea
and a light breakfast.
All food provided on the day will be organic, gluten free and plant based.

Once we are nourished we will move into our self love workshop, where you will learn tools and techniques to strengthen this love muscle and invite more openess and loving kindness into your everyday.
This will also be a beautiful opportunity to connect with our soul sisters.

This workshop will be followed by a wholesome organic ayurvedic lunch. We will gather together, eat, chat, relax and nourish our bodies.
You are invited to spend as much or as little time enjoying your meal and then we will have free time to relax and you can spend this time however you like. Whether you wish to walk around in the forest to the creek, sit and meditate, journal or read, lie in the sun or have a little nap - the choice is yours.

We will spend the afternoon in circle, sharing our experience of the day and reflecting on what self love means to us.

We will end the day with a sweet Yin and SOUND HEALING class to send you off floating in a bubble of love (cheesy I know).

The retreat will be held at Numala Rainforest Retreat.
