AIDN QLD DEFENCE INDUSTRY MICRO-CREDENTIALING PROGRAM
About the Program:
This 4-hour foundation-level course focuses on building export readiness, understanding compliance requirements such as ITAR and EAR, and developing culturally aware market entry strategies. Participants will work through interactive activities including self-assessments, compliance quizzes, and international marketing plan development.
Course: International Business Development and Export Controls
Session 1: Global Defence Market Trends – Key markets, regions, opportunities.
Session 2: Export Readiness & Compliance – Controls, documentation, assessment.
Session 3: Pitching and Market Entry Strategies – Value prop, culture, storytelling.
Session 4: Partnering and Overseas Market Entry Strategies – Partnerships, offset, case studies.
