A workshop to specifically aid your digestion. Adding techniques to your self care regime for the rest of your life to look, feel & embody ultimate health.A combination of methods of self release massage and movement to support the optimal functionality of your digestion. We will be focusing on the gut and how it can be supported by specific Lymphatic techniques.

This is for you if you feel:

12:30-2:30 Enhance Your assimilation - Yin & Yoga Nidra with live acoustic

A decadent 2 hours to enhance your assimilative powers in the depths of enriching stillness that will primarily focus on aiding & soothing all that you are currently digesting mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually. Contemplative practice will be threaded through out with journal prompts. Accompanied by the incredible Brooke playing the acoustic guitar & sound bowls. No props provided onsite bring all the props you need to make yourself comfortable & supported. A mat, bolster, pillows & blanket is recommended.
