Alchemy Heart: is a women-only hypnotic ecstatic dance journey designed to guide you out of the mind and back into the body.

Created with deep intention, Alchemy Heart offers a different kind of experience - one that feels clean, grounded, safe, and deeply considered from beginning to end.

This is not a dance class.
This is not choreography.
This is not a nightclub.

It is a carefully held space for women to move, release, reconnect, and remember themselves through music, rhythm, and embodied expression.

A space to soften.

A space to return to the wisdom of the body.

This musical arc is specifically themed Unleash Your Wild, where we will journey through time and space to different indigenous tribal sounds and music from around the world.

Through a curated musical arc of tribal rhythms, deep bass, earthy beats, and hypnotic melody, Tribal Heart invites you into movement as medicine - a journey of release, remembrance, and embodied freedom.

No performance.
No perfection.

This is a women-only, alcohol-free, substance-free space. A space where you are invited to simply be.

🔥 What to Expect

An Alchemy Heart Dance Journey is a carefully crafted, deeply held experience.

From the moment you arrive, you will feel the difference.

You will be welcomed into the space with a grounding cacao, inviting you to land softly, settle your energy, and begin arriving in yourself.

We then open together with a welcome meditation guided by Elisa Choy, who draws on her work in Quantum Hypnosis and as an energy coach to create a meditative entry into the space. This opening is designed to help you drop out of the busy mind, settle into the body, and feel safe in the container before movement begins.

From there, the experience unfolds through a live hypnotic musical arc guided by Alicia Goddard - a carefully curated journey through sound, bass, beat, rhythm, and melody, designed to support movement, release, expression, and embodied freedom.

As the musical journey completes, the energy gently softens into relaxation and integration - a space to exhale, absorb, and allow what has moved to settle through the body.

We then close the journey together with presence and care, so you leave feeling grounded, open, and connected.

The Hypnotic Musical Journey in Five Stages:

1. Arrival
You are welcomed into a beautiful, intentional space and offered a grounding cacao to help you land and soften into the evening.

2. Opening Meditation
Elisa Choy guides a meditative opening, drawing on Quantum Hypnosis and her work as an energy coach to help women settle into the body and feel safe, present, and ready to receive the journey ahead.

3. Hypnotic Ecstatic Dance Journey
Alicia Goddard guides the live musical arc - a carefully crafted journey through tribal rhythm, hypnotic sound, bass, beat, and melody, designed to awaken movement, release, and embodied remembrance.

4. Relaxation and Integration
As the experience begins to soften, the space opens for stillness, rest, and integration.

5. Closing
We complete the evening together in a grounded and intentional way, allowing the journey to land gently in the body.

🔥 What to Wear

We dance on an air-conditioned luxury airsprung dance floor. Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in.

Some women may arrive in activewear. Others may choose flowing layers, soft dresses, loose pants, or pieces that help them feel both at ease and expressive.

The invitation is simple: come in what allows you to move freely and feel like yourself.

You may get warm, so breathable clothing is recommended. Socks are optional.

Filtered water will be provided. You may also like to bring a small journal if you would like to capture anything that arises after the journey.

This is a phone-free event, so we ask that phones are switched off for the duration of the experience.

🔥 Release Your Ancestral Indigenous Wild Woman

We all come from an indigenous family and carry forward wisdom and wild of our ancestors.

For this dance journey, we invite you to unleash your wild and wear whatever signifies and connects you to your ancestral, indigenous origins. It may be feathers, leathers, face paint, glitter, tassels, ribbons, glow sticks...whatever you consider to be connected to your ancestors.

All is welcome. Consider this your permission to be released.

🔥 Space Guidelines:

To protect the integrity of the space, we ask that all guests honour the following:

Doors open 6.45pm and close 7.05pm. Please arrive in this window so the journey can begin together on time. Late arrivals can disrupt the opening and the experience for others already in the space.
This is an alcohol-free, drug-free, smoking-free, and vaping-free event. The intention of Alchemy Heart is to access natural states of joy, release, connection, and expansion through music, rhythm, and the body.
Move in the way that feels right for you. There are no steps to follow and no expectation to perform. You are welcome to dance, sway, shake, stretch, sit, rest, or simply breathe.
Take care of your own body. Participate in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.
