Come and join us at Conscious Hearts Rising Allambee Sanctuary for this overnight Gong Puja. Joanna Gibb (Allambee Sanctuary), Deborah Hill (The Drakontas Connection), Jarna Moten (Earthern.soul.healing) are collaborating and playing gongs.
Experience the transformative power of sound at our All Night Gong Puja event. A Gong Puja is a sacred ceremony and sound meditation in which the sound of several gongs (for this event - 21 gongs) resonate for a full night. During the Gong Puja you sleep through the night into the early morning bathed in the continuous healing sound vibrations of the Gongs. The Gong Puja promotes a deep sense of peace and well-being, strengthening of the nervous system, balancing of the chakras and increased energy and vitality. The sound of the gong has a transformative effect on the mind and body, inducing a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness. The constant sound of a gong can help quiet the mind, making it easier for people to enter a meditative state. By focusing on the sound of the gong, people can deepen their meditation practice and cultivate a greater sense of mindfulness, leading to increased spiritual awareness and connection. The sound of a gong can act like a mirror, reflecting an individual's internal state. As sound travels through the body, people can become more aware of their physical sensations, emotions and thoughts. This increased awareness can help promote self-reflection and introspection, enabling people to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their spiritual journey.Another spiritual benefit of all-night gong sessions is their ability to promote emotional healing and relaxation. When people relax into sound, they can experience a release of pent-up emotions and tension, leading to a greater sense of emotional well-being and inner peace.
From 9pm you may start to arrive and set up your bed. The Puja will commence at 9:15 pm with the Gong immersion commencing at 10:00 pm. The Gong immersion will complete at 5:30 am and the puja will finish at 6:15 am. A shared breakfast and cuppa will follow completion of the Puja. A Gong Puja is an individual experience, as with a Gong Sound Bath immersion, the experience of each person in the room may be quite different. Trust your experience is perfect for you.
