A deep soul immersion that will transform how you show up for yourself and those around you.

The focus of this retreat is building confidence and acceptance of yourself so that you FULLY embody all parts of you.

It is a full body experience - one that will leave you empowered and confident.

You will walk in one woman and walk out another, feeling connected to yourself, comfortable in your skin and embracing all of you.

This 3 day immersion will:

peel back the layers of who you really are whilst connecting to yourself and your body
learn self-exploration tools so that you can connect and understand yourself better
connect with likeminded women who are itching to be all of them
give you the time and space to find yourself
provide a safe space for you to be in your truest expression of who you are, whilst being so completely free of judgment and full of support.

Through the use of journaling, yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, nature and self enquiry you will have the optimal space to focus on you.

Heartspace is a boutique, eco luxe yoga retreat centre that is waiting for you to come home. With organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian meals, shared around its intentional community dining table, you will feel nourished from the inside out.

All meals are gluten free and organic and are designed to nourish and nurture your body throughout the weekend, which helps you gain an even deeper sense of mental and emotional clarity too.

Each day you will experience a luscious yoga session with the beautiful Katy to get you out of your mind and into your body followed by guided self-exploration workshops with Krystle to unpack what is truly stopping you from fully owning and accepting yourself.

Mindset + embodiment workshops and daily yoga are included in the weekend - all targeted at teaching you to clear your mind from external clutter and to connect and trust your internal world and self. To allow your soul to emerge itself and its desires so that you can lead a fulfilling life. This is where you access your magic and become motivated and inspired for life.

You will also have some free time to enjoy a massage, read a book or just relax and enjoy the beautiful retreat surroundings.
