Event description

David - The Breathing Coach and Raquel are opening the doors of their home and inviting you to a Sunday morning of breathwork and ice baths!

David is one of the leading breathwork facilitators in Sydney with certifications in Oxygen Advantage, Buteyko Breathing Method and Breathless and has facilitated events from small groups up to 150 people! He has a global accreditation as an Ice Bath Instructor, ensuring you a safe journey into the ice! WHAT TO EXPECT:

Small group, intimate setting, nurturing and safe space to enable you to really disconnect from the external and travel inwards, to be present and connecting with those in your community, starting your Sunday morning off right!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

BREATHWORK:

Guided Meditation for total relaxation

How to breathe consciously using various breathing techniques to up-regulate and down-regulate your nervous system.

How to control your stress response in any given situation

How to get out of your head and into your body! - Take this opportunity to really let go and connect with yourself on a deeper level (Super Ventilation Technique similar to Wim Hof)

Various Breathing "hacks" to decongest nose, increase delivery of O2 into cells and to become more present.

ICE BATHS:

Are all about the mind, breath, connection. Deliberately exposing yourself to a stressful environment, such as an ice bath, can be a life defining moment as you travel out of your comfort zone into your courage zone! Frequent deliberate exposure to cold water leads to resilience, allowing your body to adapt to stressful situations and help you to be in more in control of them. Come and experience the many beautiful benefits to breathwork and ice baths. Did you know that a 2 minute ice bath per week can boost your immune system for up to 7 days?
