Nicola Gracie

Nicola is a passionate Creative Therapist who dedicated the final year of her Master’s degree in Creative Art Therapy to exploring The Art of Integration—specifically, how therapeutic arts can support the integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. Through this journey, she developed a creative and embodied process that has proven deeply supportive in weaving expanded experiences into everyday life, with greater meaning and insight.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: The Art of Integration with Nicola Gracie

Join Nicola for a creative exploration designed to introduce you to an expressive and embodied approach to integrating altered states of consciousness. Together, we’ll begin by turning inward—sensing, feeling, and noticing what is alive within us and ready to be explored. From there, we’ll move into a gentle and intuitive process of artistic expression, allowing creativity to guide our integration. We’ll close with reflective time, offering space to deepen insights, and if you feel inspired, there will be an opportunity to share your experience."

Some art materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Come with an open heart and a curious mind—no prior art experience is needed!
