Event description

Join Dawson Taylor's coffee educator Amanda, to learn to make amazing iced coffee.

Cold brew, flash brew, or crash brew, you'll find a method to love! Now that the weather's heating up, it's a great time to think about cold coffee. In this class, you'll learn three different methods for making chilled coffee: cold brew, flash chilled iced V60, and crash chilled Aeropress. Each method will be provided with a recipe and tips for maximizing the coffee's flavor.

Each student will get to sample multiple coffees with small food pairings and take home a freshly roasted bag of beans that will taste delicious iced. Whether you're new to coffee or just looking for new ways to brew refreshing coffee beverages, you will be warmly welcomed in this class.

About the Instructor:
Amanda Stewart is the coffee educator at Dawson Taylor, with a background as a classroom teacher as well as professional barista. She is deeply passionate about the science and culture of coffee, and loves inspire others to appreciate the complexity of their morning brew.
