Inspired by the energy of the Anahata (Heart) Chakra, this special gathering is designed to help you soften, open and reconenct with yourself through a gentle and nurturing experience.

We will begin with guided breathwork and a heart-centred meditation designed to support presence, grounding, and deep rest. From here, you will be guided to journal and write a personal affirmation or intention, which will be placed on a shared altar as a collective offering.

We will then sit in the medicine of Rose—symbol of love, emotional healing, and devotion—supported by rose tea, oracle cards and quiet inner connection.

The journey continues with a deeply immersive and soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and support relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance, accompanied by energy healing and sacred mantra.

🌹 Each guest will also receive a nourishing Ayurvedic Rose Facial Steam to extend the ritual at home.

An intimate gathering of just 6 participants, held in a safe, supportive, and restorative space.
