"Dāna - generosity, an attitude of giving".
The attendance of each breather has been paid for by the Dāna of another member of the Ananda Tribe.
Ananda is changing the world, one Breath at a time & the generosity of our tribe propels this movement forwards.
WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING: Comfortable clothes, drink bottle, eye pillow (optional). Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (we have some spares you can borrow).
WHAT TO EXPECT: This session is suitable for all levels. We'll start with an introduction, outlining the theme and structure; warmup, set intention, energise, cleanse, relax and then have a short meditation/ integration.
EXCHANGE: Dāna. Each place is paid for through the generosity of another which helps us reach more breathers & keep spreading the Bliss far & wide.
Another week of growth, healing and connection. Keep putting in the work showing up & investing in oneself.
Our tribe is growing, keep sharing your experiences with friends and family. Invite them along so they can feel the same benefits you feel.
The flow will be put together based on your responses to the questions below.
