and the people danced... is a dance and embodiment retreat designed for maximum movement and embodiment fun.
The Winter edition is super duper deluxe and comfty and will be located at the spectacular Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs. Yep, you got it, That means that in-between every dance, before and after, you can soak your bones in one of the 70 bathing experiences, including geothermal pools, saunas, ice cave and steam room from 5am-11pm!
and the people danced.... this Winter includes twin share 2 x nights accomodation at the Peppers Moonah Links Resort, walking distance to the hot springs venue. There is also an option to upgrade to glamping in a bell tent beside the studio for an additional cost if you prefer.(please enquire)

The Embodiment Program will take place in the Wellness Centre and the full line up will be announced over the coming weeks.
