Event description

This is a 1 hour combined Mat Pilates/ Yoga/ Yoga Flow/ Meditation class which involves 30 minutes of exercise and 30 minutes of meditation. You can do the sessions online via zoom from the comfort of your space or from the outdoor area in The Ponds where face-to-face sessions are run.

It includes the 'Centering' meditation technique - the meditation technique that rishis (knowledgeable seers of Vedic times) taught their pupils over 5000 years ago and before.

This is the only centre of it's kind, combining the technique of speech, sound, breath, nature to give you a sustainable solution for your mental, physical and emotional health. Results guaranteed with regular practice and the sessions are designed to give you several repetitions to help build and retain the discipline.
